Accommodations

The conference offers two types of accommodation: hotel and residence hall accommodation:

Residence Hall Accommodation

Residence Hall accommodation is an on-campus, residence hall style accommodation that includes breakfast as part of the package. The rooms are air-conditioned with bed and bath linens as well as free wireless access. Breakfast is provided, each morning, from 7am – 8am in the Sadler Center dining hall (this is where the conference will be held). Three-night packages in a single-occupancy room with arrival on May 31 and departure on June 3 are available for $170.80. Space in a double-occupancy room is $125.80 per person. If you plan to attend one of the two pre-conference workshops, you will need to choose the early arrival add-on option. You may add on a night for early arrival or late departure at $53.60 for space in a single occupancy room or $38.60 for space in a double occupancy room. There is no additional tax.

To register for on-campus housing, please download the following Housing Reservation form and fax it to Conference Services (+1 757-221-2090). You may also e-mail your completed reservation form to wmconf@wm.edu.  All housing reservations must be received by 20 April 2011 in order for you to obtain a room in the residence hall.

Campus housing check-in is located at the information desk located on the main floor of the Sadler Center.  Early arrival guests should check-in at the information desk anytime after 2:00pm on Monday, May 30th and regular stay guests should check-in at the information desk anytime after 2:00pm on Tuesday, May 31th.  Additionally, they should return their keys and card sometime before 12:00pm on June 3rd (or 4th if they are a late departure) to avoid an additional nights charge. You may download the campus map here.

While you are in the residence hall, housekeepers are not permitted to enter the room. Daily housekeeping will be provided in the hall bathrooms and common lounges. The College of William & Mary is smoke-free. The College of William & Mary is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Guests are encouraged to leave valuable personal items at home. Conference Services will hold all lost/found items for seven (7) days. If you choose to stay in the residence hall, you should bring an alarm clock, clothing hangers and any personal hygiene supplies (shower slippers, toothbrush, etc.)

Hotel Accommodation

The Williamsburg Hospitality House is a hotel that is within a couple of minutes walk to the conference venue. You will need to contact the hotel before May 1, 2011 at +1-800-932-9192 and mention NHLBI Conference to request the conference hotel rate of $91.00 per night plus tax for either a single or a double occupancy room.

Other Accommodations

For those of you renting cars and who wish to drive to other possible accommodations, there are other accommodations in the conference venue area (Super 8, Days Inn).
