Professional development and training

VCU recently launched the Opportunities for Learning and Development portal, a searchable database of universitywide training opportunities, with the ultimate goal of listing all VCU-sponsored employee training. The portal is a great place to start if you are a new employee, or current faculty or staff looking for professional development. Other resources include:

• Community engagement if you are interested in professional development that supports and connects you with community partners

• Human Resources-sponsored training if you are looking for individual, personnel administrator or management development and skills building
