Visualizing Trypanosoma cruzi:
Introduction to OpenGL and software development

I will discuss the various methods implemented to provide a graphical representation of the simulation of Trypanosoma cruzi's and human cells in a flask. The simulation includes very basic movement formulas and form of the final product. I will discuss the various obstacles confronted during the process and the difficulty of the adhering to the changing demands of biologists and future users.
