• Program: Analyze_SNPs.pl - Skeletal version of program that finds number of SNPs at each distance from CG-dinucleotides
• Data: rs_ch21.txt - All known SNPs in human chromosome 21, plus flanking sequence
• Data: human-21.fa - Complete sequence of human chromosome 21

• Please play with BlastN.pl, as partially described in the notes, to get an idea of why it doesn't find the expected match
• Please download Analyze_SNPs.pl and begin to get it to run
• Please complete the questionionnaire.
