The Hospitality House The hospital's hospitality House provides a "home away from home" for families of MCV Hospitals' out-of-town patients. The Hospitality House also serves same-day surgery patients and their families, and outpatients receiving continuing treatment at MCV Hospitals. The House has community rooms, art classes, and other amenities to make visitors feel more comfortable. Nearly all of the furnishings, services, and operating costs are provided by donations and volunteers. Visitors are asked to contribute what they can toward the nominal cost of the room.
