Technews (formerly OITalk) is available on the web in portable document format "pdf".  This allows the electronic version to appear in the same high quality format as the paper version.  To view the new Technews newsletter, Adobe Reader must be installed on your desktop computer.  If you do not have this free software, then click on the Adobe Acrobat button located on the bottom of this page to obtain the latest version.
