“As a day student, I was active in the business school and enjoyed all of the opportunities and relationships with professors and fellow students. As a mater of fact, I married Lee Ann Swart, ’84 and a two time VCU athlete of the year! VCU gave me the ability and confidence to forge a successful career in hospitality and senior care. We have lived in some incredible spots including Colorado, Melbourne, Australia and Washington DC. We have two daughters and our only boy, Norman, the dog. As a family, we have reflected on our VCU experience for advice to our daughters as they complete higher education and begin careers. Well done on 75 years and we are happy to have been a small part of that.”
