Application (Teachers)
Please read all the way through before filling in the boxes. This is because you'll probably want to have the last questions answered first before starting with the boxes. Saving the form doesn't save what you filled in.
Sad to say, we are not in operation for Summer 2011
So this application form is non-functional

The VCU BBSI program for teachers extends through the summer. We would also like to interact with alumni over the following academic year (and perhaps beyond!). We ask that participants have no other significant obligations during the summer period (e.g. classes, teaching) except for the expected conflict at the beginning with the end of the academic year.
Are you prepared to participate in the full duration of the program? YesNo
How did you hear of the Institute?
